Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Senior Project Superintendent to lead field operations for large-scale data center construction. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, and on-site execution, coordinating with subcontractors, owners, and design partners from groundbreaking to turnover.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in field supervision on mission-critical projects, with experience managing $50M+ projects and strong CPM scheduling knowledge.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction superintendent experience on mission-critical projects.
• Experience leading projects valued at $50M+, with the ability to manage complex schedules and multiple trades.
• Previous experience on data center or mission-critical strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations on large-scale data center construction projects.
• Manage project safety, quality, schedule, productivity, and overall field execution.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, field superintendents, and craft personnel.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, labor plans, equipment, and material coordination.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Resolve field issues while coordinating RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, and design changes.
• Ensure work complies with contract documents, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Partner with project management teams to control costs and maintain project profitability.
• Oversee commissioning activities, punch lists, system turnover, and project closeout.
• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Superintendent to lead the field execution of large-scale data center construction projects. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience preferred.
