We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for large-scale construction projects, with a preference for experience supporting data center builds. This role is highly field-focused and responsible for driving day-to-day execution, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong commercial or industrial construction experience who has been exposed to data center environments but remains rooted in core construction leadership—not IT or engineering-heavy design.

• Exposure to mission‑critical environments (high uptime expectations, tight timelines, etc.)
• Familiarity with MEP coordination in complex builds (power, cooling, etc.)
• Experience working on large‑scale projects ($10M+ preferred)
