Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking a seasoned construction leader to supervise data center projects across the United States. Lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate with PMs, clients and subcontractors, and ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will manage field execution, manpower, materials and equipment while upholding quality and safety standards in mission-critical facilities. Join a team delivering hyperscale data center work for major clients, with competitive pay,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction field experience.
• Superintendent experience on data center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Experience with safety, scheduling, and quality control.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems within critical facilities.
