Job summary

Thor is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead all on-site construction activities for mission critical data center projects across the United States. You will own field operations from mobilisation through turnover, ensuring safe, predictable delivery and alignment with programme milestones.

Ideal candidates bring proven superintendent experience on large-scale builds, with a preference for data center or mission critical environments, and are willing to travel nationwide to support multiple

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong preference for previous data center or mission critical experience.
• Backgrounds in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial, pharmaceutical, or other technically coordinated construction environments also considered.
• Strong capability in MEP-heavy coordination and fast-track delivery environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex field execution across multiple trade partners.
• Willingness to travel nationwide across project assignments.

Senior Superintendent – Mission Critical Data Centers

A specialist mission critical delivery organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to support a growing portfolio of data center projects across the United States.

The organisation delivers data center whitespace buildouts and colocation facilities ranging from 1–5MW enterprise deployments through to large-scale hyperscale and burn-in testing environments exceeding 100MW+.

These projects operate in tightly controlled environments where field execution is driven by sequencing discipline, system coordination, and commissioning requirements. Work is fast-moving, highly interdependent, and requires strong leadership at site level to maintain programme certainty.

We are looking to speak with Superintendents who are confident operating in this type of delivery environment and who can take full ownership of complex field operations across multi-trade construction programmes.

The Role

You will lead all on-site construction activity from mobilisation through turnover, taking responsibility for safe, predictable delivery of mission critical data center projects.

This is a field-led role where success depends on maintaining control of day-to-day execution, coordinating multiple trade partners, and ensuring construction activities remain aligned with programme and commissioning requirements.
