Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent for Milwaukee with national project travel. The role oversees all site activities, coordinates subcontractors, and enforces quality and safety standards.

You will lead cross-functional teams on-site, ensure schedules are followed, and maintain project quality through Procore proficiency and OSHA-compliant practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Construction Superintendent experience.
• Experience building projects in relevant markets.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on-site.
• Proficient with Procore.
• OSHA 30 Hour certification.

They are based in the Greater Milwaukee area and service clients throughout the nation in the Restaurant and Commercial sectors. Job Details

The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all of the activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and schedule plans. Their duties include but will not be limited to coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks and providing on-site direction when preparing construction sites.
