Jobot is seeking a Superintendent for Rock and Dane County projects in Wisconsin. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, leads construction teams, and ensures adherence to procedures and codes on Industrial, Educational, Commercial and Healthcare sites.

My client is a top General Contractor in Wisconsin that specializes in general contracting, design-build, and pre-construction services in various markets. They are currently seeking a Superintendent with 5+ years of experience to join their team for projects in Rock & Dane County. Their backlog is strong in the Industrial sector but they work on a variety of projects including Commercial, Educational, and Healthcare.

Job Details

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects in the industrial, educational, commercial and healthcare sectors
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and building codes.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Proficient in construction management software.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Must hold relevant certifications and licenses.
