gpac in the Milwaukee area is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial construction, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence from site prep through turnover.

This role requires leading on-site teams, coordinating with Project Managers, Engineers and Owners, and maintaining strong client relationships on high-profile Milwaukee projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ground-up commercial/light-industrial construction.
• Strong knowledge of sequencing, scheduling and subcontractor coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from site preparation through final turnover.
• Lead daily coordination meetings and ensure subcontractors stay aligned with schedule and quality goals.
• Monitor project progress, proactively resolving issues to maintain productivity and safety.
• Manage field documentation including daily reports, schedules, inspections, and punch lists.
• Foster a strong safety culture through consistent enforcement of company and OSHA standards.
• Partner closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners to maintain transparent communication and timely decision-making.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field engineers, helping to build high-performing teams.
• Represent the company as the lead field professional during client and design team meetings.

A highly respected Milwaukee area general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects from the ground up. About The Role

As Senior Superintendent, you'll be the on-site leader responsible for field operations, safety, quality, and schedule performance on complex multifamily developments.
