Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects. You will ensure execution aligns with plans, specs, schedule, budget, and quality expectations while coordinating with Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years as a superintendent in commercial construction, strong leadership and safety discipline, and proficiency with Procore or similar construction management tools.

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience overseeing projects from mobilization through final completion and closeout.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, plans, specifications, and sequencing.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and daily site activities.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules and coordinating work to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations, ensuring projects meet plans, specs, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Lead subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain progress and safety.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to maintain schedules and site logistics.
• Conduct safety meetings and project inspections, ensuring OSHA compliance.

Job Details

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.

• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Procore or other construction management software is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, organized, and professional jobsite.
