My client is a Premier Builder who is looking for a strong lead Superintendent who is open to National travel on a per project basis. They are based in the Greater Milwaukee area and service clients throughout the nation in the Restaurant and Commercial sectors. They pride themselves on their quality and ability to form lasting relationships with their clients and partners.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Details

The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all of the activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and schedule plans. Their duties include but will not be limited to coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks and providing on-site direction when preparing construction sites.

A qualified candidate will possess:

• 5+ years Construction Superintendent experience
• Experience building projects in relevant markets
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on-site
• Proficient with Procore
• OSHA 30 Hour
• Technically literate individual
• Motivated and team player
