Job Summary

We are recruiting experienced Construction Superintendents for direct hire opportunities with established general contractors in the Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, and Miami-Dade County markets. These roles are ideal for field leaders with a strong background overseeing commercial construction projects such as healthcare, multifamily, municipal, schools, or institutional facilities. As a Superintendent, you will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, enforce safety standards, and ensure high-quality construction delivery from mobilization through closeout. Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $120,000 to $160,000 per year.
• Direct hire opportunity.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Lead field construction operations for commercial building projects in Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
• Manage project schedules, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality control, and site logistics.
• Support successful delivery of healthcare, multifamily, municipal, school, or institutional construction projects.
• 6 to 10 years of construction superintendent experience.
• Experience working with a general contractor on commercial, multifamily, healthcare, municipal, educational, or institutional projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, field coordination, safety practices, building codes, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documents.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain accountability on site.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on project sites in Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, and Miami-Dade County.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience managing ground-up or major renovation projects in healthcare, schools, municipal buildings, multifamily, or institutional construction.
• Experience working with local building departments, inspectors, and permitting processes in South Florida.
• OSHA certification or other construction safety training.
• Stable project history with established general contractors.
