Job summary

Southeast Restoration is seeking a skilled Superintendent to lead field operations, manage job sites, coordinate with trade partners, and ensure repairs are completed to contract specifications on schedule. Responsibilities

• Scope & Documentation: Thoroughly understand the contracted scope of repairs and ensure accurate documentation of any changes or issues impacting the project.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites that reflect SRG’s commitment to excellence.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and other team members to achieve production goals and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to developing trade partner relationships for future success.

Southeast Restoration, a faith-based company, is seeking a skilled and proactive Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure the successful execution of residential repair projects. As a critical link between the production team, trade partners, and customers, you will support job site management, maintain high standards of quality, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within scope.
