Job summary

Southeast Restoration Group (SRG) seeks a proactive Site Manager to oversee field operations on repair projects. You will coordinate with project managers and trade partners to keep work on schedule, within scope, and to SRG quality standards.

This role emphasizes clear communication with customers, accurate documentation, and diligent use of company systems. A minimum of one year in construction and comfort with technology are required, with room to grow within a faith-based, support-oriented

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year construction experience; construction management preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to understand and manage repair scopes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely updates to customers, project managers, and trade partners on progress.

Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Manager to support our production team in managing the field aspects of repair projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards, while maintaining clear communication between customers, project managers, and trade partners.

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

• Communication Excellence: Provide timely and accurate updates to customers, project managers, and trade partners regarding job progress and task completion.
• Scope Management: Maintain a detailed understanding of the contracted repair scope, document changes thoroughly, and assist in ensuring projects meet expectations.
• Job Site Quality: Oversee job sites to ensure work aligns with scope and company quality standards.
• Trade Partner Collaboration: Partner with production management to cultivate and strengthen relationships with trade partners, ensuring quality control and timely invoice approval.
• Business Systems Proficiency: Develop and maintain proficiency in company business systems to streamline workflows and improve documentation.

Qualifications
