This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards, while maintaining clear communication between customers, project managers, and trade partners.

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

• Communication Excellence: Provide timely and accurate updates to customers, project managers, and trade partners regarding job progress and task completion.
• Scope Management: Maintain a detailed understanding of the contracted repair scope, document changes thoroughly, and assist in ensuring projects meet expectations.
• Job Site Quality: Oversee job sites to ensure work aligns with scope and company quality standards.
• Trade Partner Collaboration: Partner with production management to cultivate and strengthen relationships with trade partners, ensuring quality control and timely invoice approval.
• Business Systems Proficiency: Develop and maintain proficiency in company business systems to streamline workflows and improve documentation.
