Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a hands-on Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation commercial projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth area in Texas. You will lead on-site operations, drive schedules, enforce safety standards, manage subcontractors, monitor quality, review drawings, and coordinate with Project Managers from kickoff to closeout.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience managing ground-up commercial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety requirements, and quality control procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

An established commercial general contractor with a strong presence throughout Texas is seeking a Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation projects across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This individual will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, driving schedules, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and leading subcontractor teams from project kickoff through project completion.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on field leader who can take ownership of a jobsite, build strong relationships with project stakeholders, and proactively solve challenges to keep projects moving forward.
