Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent for projects in the Temple, TX area. This hands-on field leader will oversee mobilization through completion, ensuring safety, organization, and on-schedule delivery.

The role requires managing subcontractors, coordinating vendors, and maintaining project schedules. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential to drive projects from start to finish onsite at Temple, TX.

Qualifications

• Ground-up commercial construction experience.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and project schedules.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, quality control, and jobsite safety.
• Proven ability to keep projects on schedule and communicate with field and office teams.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and jobsite activities.
• Maintain project schedules and proactively address issues that could impact deadlines.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project documents.
• Conduct site meetings and communicate project progress with Project Managers and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, quality, and adherence to project requirements.
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite while enforcing company safety requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists, project closeout, and turnover.
• Identify field issues early and work with the project team to develop solutions.

Compensation: $100,000-$150,000 base salary DOE + benefits

What You'll Be Doing:
