Job summary

ABA Therapy Partners in California seeks a floating behavior technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy across multiple settings, ensuring continuity of care and uninterrupted client progress. You will cover for staff absences, manage crisis interventions, and support staff with BIPs while traveling regionally.

Required 1–2+ years ABA experience, active RBT or higher credential, and valid driver’s license. Candidates must be Barstow-based and available for immediate assignments.

Qualifications

• Active RBT credential or advanced supervision degree (BCaBA/BCBA).
• 1–2+ years of hands-on ABA experience preferred; senior roles may require more.
• Clean background checks (Live Scan/Checkr) and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy across home, clinic, and school settings to ensure continuity of care and billing.
• Assist and coach junior RBTs on implementing complex BIPs during overlapping sessions.
