Job summary

ABA Therapy Partners is seeking a versatile Behavior Technician, the “super floater,” to provide 1:1 ABA therapy and continuity of care across home, clinic, and school settings. You will support staff with complex BIPs, manage data and notes, and travel regionally to cover multiple sites.

The role emphasizes crisis intervention, staff mentorship, and the ability to adapt quickly to varying environments while ensuring high-quality services for students with diverse behavioral needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT credential or BCaBA/BCBA supervision required.
• 1–2+ years ABA experience; senior roles may require 3.5–11 years across diverse settings.
• Willingness to travel regionally across Glendale, Ventura County, and San Fernando Valley.
• Clean background checks (Live Scan/Checkr) and valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor's degree commonly in sociology or related field.
• CPI card is beneficial for specialized roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy and maintain continuity of care during staff absences.
• Manage crisis interventions and emergency procedures.
• Mentor junior RBTs and support implementation of BIPs.
• Handle data collection, graphing and session notes within 24 hours to maintain billing.
• Travel between clinics, schools and home settings within regional radius.
