Job summary

Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education seeks an RBT Floater to provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based on ABA principles to children with autism and related disabilities in home, clinic, community, and school settings.

The role offers flexible coverage across multiple clients and locations, ensuring continuity of care and consistent treatment plan implementation under supervision. Eligibility includes an RBT and willingness to maintain certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (relevant college degree and coursework preferred)
• Minimum 2 years experience as an RBT
• Commitment to maintaining the certification as an RBT
• Availability of working 40 hours weekly, including some schedule flexibility to accommodate patient needs
• Must have reliable transportation with a clean driving record and proof of automobile insurance

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with patients in home, school, clinic, and community settings, transitioning between cases as needed
• Implement treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA direction and prepare program materials
• Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes using data collection software
• Review and implement consultation/supervision note recommendations
• Provide flexible case coverage when regular staff are absent or when new cases are initiated
• Participate in ongoing training, evaluations, and meetings
• Assist with parent training and clinical assessments as needed
• Communicate progress with the BCBA and families
• Track supervision hours and renew the RBT certification as required by the BACB
