Job summary

Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Floater to provide clinical instruction and behavior reduction protocols under a BCBA. The role supports children with autism in home, clinic, community, and school settings, offering flexible coverage across multiple clients and service locations.

You will work 1:1, implement treatment plans with fidelity, collect data, and assist with parent training and supervision activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (preferred relevant coursework)
• Minimum 2 years experience as an RBT
• 40 hours weekly with schedule flexibility; reliable transportation and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with patients in home, school, clinic, and community settings
• Implement treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA direction
• Collect data and maintain clinical notes
• Review supervision notes and participate in trainings
• Provide flexible case coverage when staff are absent or new cases arise
• Assist with parent training and clinical assessments
• Communicate learner progress to BCBA and families
• Maintain HIPAA policies and ethical standards
