Job summary

AbbVie in San Juan, Puerto Rico, seeks a Transparency Compliance Analyst to monitor and reconcile transactions for Sunshine Act reporting, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance across events.

You will support HCP/HCO interactions, manage Transfers of Value reporting, and act as SAP Special Category Approver, with a focus on timely, audit-ready documentation and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum Experience: 3 years in accounting/financial analysis, with transparency reconciliations in pharma preferred.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel; proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and SAP.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting practices.
• High attention to detail, able to problem-solve and propose efficient solutions.
• Flexible, adaptable to changing priorities; multitask under tight timelines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to train others.
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish for cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance with US laws and company policies for interactions with HCPs, HCOs, and patients.
• Ensure correct reporting for all Transfers of Value to reportable HCPs/HCOs for PR activity.
• Meet Transparency reporting deadlines with accurately reported data.
• Conduct weekly data scrubbing for submission into the reporting system.
• Keep up-to-date on Sunshine Act reporting requirements for data quality.
• Function as SAP Special Category Approver for related transactions.
• Provide day-to-day process support and audit-ready documentation.
• Assist in implementing transparency monitoring policies and training.
