Job summary

AbbVie in Newark, NJ seeks a leader to manage the SAP Analytics Cloud reporting and dashboards program, maximizing business value from SAC implementation. You will drive governance, standards, analytics, visualization, and user enablement, and mentor two direct reports.

You will build internal capabilities across business units, establish enterprise standards for SAC deployment, and develop reusable methodologies to support current and future implementations, ensuring consistent, data-driven

Qualifications

Experience leading finance transformation initiatives with reporting and analytics.
Deep knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud or similar enterprise planning platforms.
Strong reporting strategy, business processes and analytics background.
Experience driving change management and user adoption.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide enterprise leadership for reporting, analytics and visualization in SAC.
Define enterprise vision and roadmap for SAC reporting and analytics.
Establish dashboard design and visualization standards.
Develop governance, KPI definitions and reporting best practices.
Drive consistency across business units and improve executive reporting.
