Muck Rack is seeking an experienced Event Manager to support the planning and execution of the Generative Pulse Summit 2026. This essential role involves managing logistics, speaker coordination, and overseeing on-site execution to ensure a successful event.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of event management experience and is skilled in project management, communication, and coordinating live events. This position offers competitive hourly pay, remote work flexibility, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of event coordination or event management experience in conferences or corporate events.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with tools such as Asana, Salesforce, and event registration platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting live, in-person event execution, including A/V coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update tasks in the project management platform.
• Support registration tracking and reporting.
• Provide administrative support for speaker communications.
• Maintain and update the master run of show with all relevant event details.
• Keep the event budget document up to date.
• Compile and communicate daily website updates to Engineering.
• Liaise with venue and external vendors.
• Support logistics planning and execution.
• Oversee room management and session logistics.
