Job summary

Zearn is seeking an Event Operations and Experience Manager to elevate team member events from biannual summits to virtual updates, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our culture and operating principles.

You will own end-to-end summit execution, manage venues, vendors, budgets, and collaborate with the Director of People to deliver high-impact experiences while promoting belonging and scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience project managing complex company events.
• Experience designing and executing virtual events with high engagement.
• Experience using Generative AI to streamline workflows and touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of Zearn's in-person full Team Summits (bi-annual).
• Own the operational infrastructure for Summits: venue, hotel, AV, materials, transport, registration.
• Lead onsite event execution with the Director of People for a flawless experience.
• Partner with session owners, presenters, vendors, and internal teams to anticipate needs and deliver polished experiences.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and milestones for accountability and financial health.
• Coordinate logistics for functional team in-person gatherings to support productive time together.
• Coordinate logistics to produce Zearn Updates and other organization-wide virtual meetings connecting strategy.
