Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Sr. Event Program Manager to lead strategy, planning, and execution of flagship AWS Summits and 1P Cohort events across the Americas.

You will own end-to-end delivery of large-scale events and drive customer engagement, pipeline generation, and brand awareness at scale. You will operate as a strategic leader and hands-on executor — defining the event vision, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering exceptional attendee

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross functional marketing programs.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages.
• Experience communicating results to stakeholders.
• Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
• Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned Flagship 1P events in North & South America portfolio.
• Develop comprehensive program strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create and maintain detailed project timelines with milestones and deliverables.
• Lead onsite execution of assigned events with the portfolio.
• Manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships during live events.
• Provide strategic counsel to partners and manage stakeholder communications.
