Job summary

Boyne Resorts’ Summit at Snoqualmie seeks friendly Guest Services staff to greet guests, answer questions, and guide visitors to resources. You’ll resolve inquiries with a positive, proactive approach while maintaining brand standards and safety awareness.

Experience in customer service, calm communication during busy times, and teamwork are essential. Fluency in another language is a plus; flexible scheduling includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Ability to provide information about base areas and products.
• Fast-paced environment capable; strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and able to take initiative to solve problems.
• Fluent in any language other than English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with questions and guidance to resources.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Guest Services team to improve guest experiences.
• Provide technical support for PUBs or Boyne apps.
• Perform other duties as needed to create excellent guest experiences.
