Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• CESP certification required or to be completed within 3–6 months after hire.
• Demonstrated skills in salesmanship and marketing.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage placement staff and meet department budget goals.
• Lead the summer youth program planning, transportation, reports, and payroll.
• Hire and supervise department job coaches and summer youth staff.
• Customize services for referral sources and area employers to meet client needs.
• Develop and grow program services and employer sites for youth programming.
• Align employer selections with service plans and maintain communication with placement teams.
• Manage a caseload of under 15 and route individuals to long-term employment.
