Job summary

Workforce Initiative Association in Canton, Ohio seeks an Employment Services Professional to provide assessment and case management for young adults in the OCL program. You will guide customers from eligibility through job search, leveraging community resources and partner programs.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and confidentiality, with travel within the service area and a 37.5-hour work week. A Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years’ related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years related experience in case management.
• Experience working with diverse socio-economic backgrounds.
• Ability to learn and apply program guidelines and eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Screen customers for program eligibility and refer as needed.
• Process enrollment paperwork and contracts.
• Provide case management support throughout each customer plan.
• Maintain accurate case notes and required data in systems.
• Develop employability plans addressing barriers and opportunities.
