Job summary

JCC of Youngstown in Ohio is seeking a Youth & Camping Services Manager & Camp Director to lead and schedule activities for the Youth Programs and serve as the Camp Director during the summer. You will supervise JCare and Camp staff, develop lesson plans, and coordinate calendars and field trips.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office; FBI/BCI background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and experience with camp or school-age children.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and high level of organization.
• Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Candidates must pass FBI/BCI background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Youth Programs and manage the ten-week summer camp.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with Ohio standards for K-8.
• Coordinate staff schedules and supervise JCare staff.
• Recruit families, handle registration and intake.
• Maintain records for safety and DCY/Quality ratings.
