Job summary

CIEE is seeking a Regional Manager for Summer Work and Travel, leading a field sales team to grow host placements and drive multi-program placements. You will develop outreach strategies, manage host relationships, and guide staff across compliance and participant services to deliver high-quality experiences.

Strong leadership and B2B sales experience are essential, with a focus on metrics-driven decisions and a passion for international exchange and education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years of sales success, B2B and human capital solutions preferred.
• 3–5 years of people management experience preferred.
• Ability to derive strategy from metrics and data.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales leadership by managing a team selling to new hosts and renewing relationships.
• Set individual sales goals and pipeline targets with coaching.
• Create outreach strategies to engage new hosts and renew relationships.
• Develop host-centric community events to maximize sales.
• Provide gold-standard account management and build long-term relationships.
• Track and report sales and placement results; adjust tactics as needed.
• Advise hosts on hiring strategies to maximize placements.
• Collaborate with compliance and participant services to ensure satisfaction.
