Job summary

Education First in New York is seeking a Customer Experience Manager for Summer 2027 to ensure a high-quality experience for international students. You will welcome learners, answer questions, complete administrative tasks, and help organize campus events.

The role focuses on weekly student evaluations, check-in/check-out records, and coordinating with course leaders to enhance the overall experience. A dynamic, outgoing attitude and fluent English are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment, ideally with young people.
• Approachable and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Capable of using your own initiative.
• Have authorization to work in the country of employment.
• Complete fluency in English.
• Solid organizational and communication skills.
• Applicants must be age 21 or older.

Responsibilities

• Welcome students to the EF school and ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.
• Answer student queries and helping with student welfare issues
• Manage student and sales office cases, addressing student and parent concerns
• Facilitate weekly student evaluations
• Manage relevant records for students, such as insurance or medical records
• Approve and record temporary student check-outs
• Administrative support using the EF systems.
• Respond to any problems and emergency situations should they arise.
• Liaise with Course Leaders to enhance the overall student experience.
• Work with the management team to increase staff satisfaction.
