Your day may include celebrating student birthdays, answering questions, and coordinating events; you will manage weekly evaluations and track check-ins/check-outs.

This role emphasizes hands-on customer service, administrative tasks, and collaboration with campus staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment, ideally with young people.
• Approachable and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Capable of using your own initiative.
• Have authorization to work in the country of employment.
• Complete fluency in English.
• Solid organizational and communication skills.
• Applicants must be age 21 or older

Responsibilities

• Welcome students to the EF school and ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.
• Answer student queries and helping with student welfare issues.
• Manage student and sales office cases, addressing student and parent concerns.
• Facilitate weekly student evaluations.
• Manage relevant records for students, such as insurance or medical records.
• Approve and record temporary student check-outs.
• Administrative support using the EF systems.
• Respond to any problems and emergency situations should they arise.
• Liaise with Course Leaders to enhance the overall student experience.
• Work with the management team to increase staff satisfaction.
