EF Education First in New York, NY is seeking an Activity Manager for Summer 2027 to lead the school’s activity program and a team of local and international leaders. You’ll plan, execute and oversee events from 30 to 400 participants, promoting activities and coordinating excursions to deliver a vibrant student experience.

Housing is provided and required for this role; applicants must be 21 or older and able to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Enthusiastic, organized, and a natural leader.
• Strong communicator.
• Able to work independently and lead a team with little oversight from a manager.
• Must be legally able to work in the United States.
• Applicants must be age 21 or older.

Responsabilités

• Execute all aspects of the activities program for the school, including theme weeks.
• Promote activities and excursions and manage social media content.
• Oversee distribution of tickets, vouchers and itineraries for off-campus excursions.
• Lead regular staff meetings and ensure the weekly activity plan is clear for all leaders.
• Respond to problems and emergency situations should they arise and be available nights/weekends.
