Qualifications

• Must be a continuing student enrolled through Fall 2027.
• Full-time Civil Engineering senior or first-year graduate student in structural engineering.
• Completed courses: Structural Analysis, Steel Design, Reinforced Concrete Design.
• Minimum undergraduate GPA 3.40; strong graduate performance where applicable.
• Interest in seismic analysis or steel design for specific offices.
• Leadership roles or active involvement in engineering societies or related activities.
• Current authorization to work in the United States for any employer.

Responsibilities

• Work with experienced engineers on active structural projects.
• Apply classroom concepts to real-world designs and problems.
• Learn through mentorship, feedback, and context-sharing from the team.
• Participate in firm-wide seminars and cross-office presentations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams across offices.
