Qualifications

• GPA 3.40 or higher where applicable.
• Completed coursework: Structural Analysis, Steel Design, Reinforced Concrete Design.
• Eligibility to work in the United States for any employer.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to active structural engineering projects and learn how technical knowledge translates into client solutions.
• Build skills in structural analysis, design, project delivery, and site observation on real projects.
• Receive mentorship and feedback from experienced engineers to understand the purpose behind the work.
• Participate in a summer presentation series with engineers and firm leaders from across the practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams across offices and practice areas.
