You will gain hands‑on experience on active projects and work with mentors to connect classroom concepts to real‑world structural challenges.

Ideal candidates are continuing students through Fall 2027 with coursework in Structural Analysis, Steel Design, and Reinforced Concrete Design, and a strong GPA.

Qualifications

• Must be a continuing student enrolled through Fall 2027.
• Current full‑time Civil Engineering Senior (Juniors may be considered).
• Current first‑year Graduate student in multi‑year Structural Engineering master’s or Ph.D. program.
• Structural Analysis, Steel Design, Reinforced Concrete Design coursework must be completed by internship start date.
• Strong GPA: undergrad 3.40+; strong performance in graduate coursework where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced engineers on active structural projects.
• Apply classroom concepts to real‑world structural engineering tasks.
• Receive mentorship and feedback from engineers and participate in learning sessions.
• Attend a summer presentation series with engineers and firm leaders.
