• Engage in development conversations at key touchpoints with leaders.
• Recognize and reward performance to reinforce guest service behaviors.
• Establish accountability through clear expectations and coaching.
• Understand business reporting and guest insights to address opportunities.
• Plan scheduling in partnership with Team Leaders based on workload and traffic.
• Support organizational and operational changes as needed.
