Job summary

Cox Automotive in Austin, TX is seeking a Software Engineering Intern for Summer 2027. You will contribute to enterprise platforms, deployment pipelines, security, and monitoring, while learning to automate tasks and manage infrastructure across clouds.

You'll be mentored by experienced engineers, collaborate across teams, and help build scalable, secure applications. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and currently pursuing a BA/BS in computer science or related field.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BA/BS in computer science or related field with software development, systems, networking and security focus.
• Interest in reverse engineering and writing code to create solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation for infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes across environments.
• Document development, procedures or test plans as needed.
• Assist in building tools and pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.
