Job summary

Blazerworks is seeking Summer Interns in Atlanta, GA for a contract internship on-site. You will support Sales Account Executives with day-to-day tasks, candidate onboarding, and CRM management while gaining exposure to the full sales and recruiting cycle.

Compensation is $18 per hour with an end date of July 23, 2027. Ideal candidates are graduating in Dec 2027 or May 2028 with a BS or higher, have strong communication skills, and are energetic, self-motivated, and capable of working both

Qualifications

• Graduating in Dec 2027/May 2028 with a B.S. or higher.
• Interest in sales and recruiting after graduation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Energetic, curious, and engaging demeanor.
• Competitive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Help Account Executives with behind-the-scenes tasks (data entry, contracts to candidates, CRM).
• Shadow calls, meetings and interviews to learn the full job cycle.
• Troubleshoot candidate issues (payroll, timecards, benefits, stipends).
• Assist credentialing with onboarding candidates.
• Help build a candidate pipeline via prescreening (cold calls, job postings).
• Join Success Express training meetings for additional sales training.
