Job summary

Ferguson offers a 10-week paid Sales Internship in our Dallas Fort Worth and Houston regions. You will gain hands-on experience in a local Ferguson branch, learning from experienced sales and operations colleagues while building strong customer relationships.

You will rotate through warehouse, counter, inside and outside sales, and branch operations, with leadership development and a real business project to present insights to leaders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Available for 10 consecutive weeks during the summer (June 7, 2027–August 13, 2027).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Build customer service and sales skills through real work in a Ferguson branch.
• Learn from experienced sales and operations associates.
• Work across warehouse, counter, inside/outside sales, and branch operations.
• Contribute to a sales-focused project and present insights to leaders.
