Job summary

Ferguson offers a 10-week paid summer internship in the Sales program, designed for students to learn how customer partnerships are built from the ground up. You will gain hands-on experience in a local Ferguson branch, working with sales and operations teams and participating in leadership development opportunities.

You will spend time in warehouse, counter, inside and outside sales, and branch operations to understand how every role contributes to the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field.
• Available to work 10 consecutive weeks during the summer.
• Strong communication, curiosity, and willingness to learn by jumping in.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and team settings.

Responsibilities

• Build customer service, product knowledge and sales process skills in a Ferguson branch.
• Learn from experienced sales, operations, and branch leaders.
• Explore roles in warehouse, counter, inside and outside sales, and branch ops.
• Contribute to a sales-focused project and present insights to leaders.
• Engage in leadership and sales development experiences.
