Ferguson is offering a 10-week paid Sales Internship in select U.S. locations, including Sacramento, CA.

You will gain hands-on experience in customer relationships, learn from seasoned sales and operations teams, and participate in a cross-functional environment that values curiosity and collaboration. You’ll rotate through warehouse, counter, inside/outside sales, and branch operations, while contributing to a real business project and receiving guidance from leaders to grow your career in

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field, rising junior or senior.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Build customer service, product knowledge, sales process, and relationship management skills through real work in a Ferguson branch.
• Work alongside experienced sales, operations, and branch leaders to understand customer service and teamwork.
• Spend time in warehouse, counter, inside/outside sales, and branch operations to see how roles contribute to the customer experience.
• Participate in leadership and sales development experiences and contribute to a sales-focused project.
