Job summary

Ferguson invites motivated students to join its Sales Internship Program in Tampa for a 10-week paid summer experience. You will learn how Ferguson builds customer partnerships, work with sales and operations teams, and gain hands-on exposure to branch operations and supply chain.

You’ll spend time in different parts of the business, develop leadership skills, and potentially explore future opportunities within Ferguson after the internship concludes.

Qualifications

• The candidate is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or sales.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Availability for a 10-week summer internship.

Responsibilities

• Build customer service, product knowledge, sales process, and relationship management skills in a Ferguson branch.
• Work with experienced sales and operations teams to understand customer service.
• Experience time in warehouse, counter, inside/outside sales, and branch operations.
• Participate in leadership and sales development experiences and connect learning to Ferguson’s business.
• Contribute to a sales-focused project and present insights to leaders.
