Ferguson’s Sales Internship Program offers a 10-week paid summer experience in a Ferguson branch, with hands-on work in sales, customer service, and operations. Students gain exposure to real projects, mentorship from experienced teams, and a culture built on curiosity, accountability, collaboration, and relationship building.

The program runs June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027, with locations including Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Chantilly, VA, and more, and pays $22.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field.
• Rising junior or senior.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in a Ferguson branch.
• Learn from experienced sales and operations associates.
• Rotate through warehouse, counter, inside/outside sales, and branch operations.
• Contribute to a sales-focused project and present insights.
