CNO Financial Group, Inc. is offering a paid summer internship in its Worksite division (Optavise). You’ll build campaign briefs, design experiments, and analyze data to improve engagement and scheduling rates. The role emphasizes collaboration with Marketing and Compliance on a real cross-functional project.

Core requirements include pursuit of a relevant bachelor’s degree and availability for 10–12 weeks in the summer. Remote-friendly with ET/CT hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Progress toward a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communication, Information Systems, Economics, or related fields.
• Rising junior or rising senior status (expected graduation December 2027–June 2028).
• Availability to work 40 hrs/week for 10–12 weeks during the summer.
• Based in, or willing to work, Central or Eastern time zone business hours.

Responsibilities

• Build campaign briefs for business customers, identifying what’s driving engagement and what isn’t.
• Help design and run experiments to improve demand generation, customer engagement, and scheduling rates.
• Research and recommend new campaign ideas for emerging markets.
• Analyze marketing and sales data to find ways to improve results.
• Partner with Marketing and Compliance teams on a real, cross‑functional project.
• Recommend process improvements based on your findings.
