Job summary

CNO Financial Group, Inc. in Carmel, IN offers a paid Worksite Intern role with our B2B2C Sales Enablement team to analyze campaigns and propose changes to how our Agents engage Employers and Employees.

You will work 40 hours/week for 10-12 weeks during the summer, with exposure to data, stories, and systems used to drive marketing impact. This internship includes hands-on project work and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related discipline.
• Rising junior or rising senior with graduation dates Dec 2027–Jun 2029.
• Availability to work 40 hrs/week for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
• Candidate location in Central or Eastern US time zone preferred or willingness to work CT/ET hours.

Responsibilities

• In-Force Growth Focus – create group-specific campaign briefs and segmentation.
• New Group Focus – craft industry-specific briefs for emerging markets.
• Member/Employee Focus – review campaigns to broaden reach for a block.
• Persistency Focus – review BNA delivery and provide A/B recommendations.
