CNO Financial Group in Carmel, IN is seeking a Sales Enablement Intern for a summer project with our Worksite team (Optavise). You will use research, data, and in-market experiments to help our Agents connect with Employers and Employees, turning ideas into measurable results.

We're looking for a curious, driven student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields, rising junior or senior, able to work 40 hours per week for 10–12 weeks, and aligned with Central or Eastern time

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Rising junior or rising senior status (expected graduation December 2027–June 2028).
• Availability to work 40 hrs/week for 10–12 weeks during the summer.
• Based in, or willing to work, Central or Eastern time zone business hours.

Responsibilities

• Build campaign briefs for business customers, identifying what's driving engagement and what isn't.
• Help design and run experiments to improve demand generation, customer engagement, and scheduling rates.
• Research and recommend new campaign ideas for emerging markets.
• Analyze marketing and sales data to find ways to improve results.
• Partner with Marketing and Compliance teams on a real, cross-functional project.
• Recommend process improvements based on your findings.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communication, Information Systems, Economics, or related fields)
