Cvoptical is seeking an enthusiastic intern to join their Sales Operations team in Hauppauge, NY. This role focuses on sales enablement, project coordination, and data analysis. Interns are expected to assist with internal communications, onboarding, creating presentations, coordinating logistics for meetings, and analyzing sales performance metrics. The internship requires a commitment of 20+ hours per week during school semesters and 30+ hours during the summer. Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, responsible, and goal-oriented with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in drafting internal sales communications.
Support new hire onboarding and training initiatives.
Create PowerPoint presentations and sales materials.
Help coordinate travel logistics and event planning.
Design and enhance processes to improve sales team efficiency.
Manage administrative tasks related to ongoing sales operations projects.
Pull and analyze reports to track key sales metrics.
Conduct market and competitive research.
