CNO Financial Group, Inc. is offering a paid Worksite Internship in its B2B2C Sales Enablement team based in the United States.

You will analyze campaigns, segments, and content to help drive engagement with Employers and Employees using data-driven insights. Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business and are ready to work 40 hours weekly for 10-12 weeks in the summer, preferably in Central or Eastern time zones.

Qualifications

• Progress toward a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related discipline.
• Rising junior or rising senior, approx. graduation dates December 2027-June 2029.
• Availability to work 40 hrs/week for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
• Candidate location in Central or Eastern US time zone is preferred OR willingness to work Central or Eastern time zone business hours.

Responsibilities

• In-Force Growth Focus - Create Group Specific Campaign Brief to improve scheduling rates, including building Segments, Content audit, workflow design, etc.
• New Group Focus – Create Industry specific campaign briefs, targeting an emerging market to recommend new campaigns / sequences
• Member / Employee Focus – Review Member level campaigns to identify areas of improvement to reach more people for a specific block.
• Persistency Focus – Review BNA delivery improvement initiative, including A/B recommendations for improving conversion metrics

This is a paid internship, at competitive rates. The Memorial Day and 4th of July holidays are paid days off.

CNO Financial Group is hiring a Worksite Intern to work alongside our B2B2C Sales Enablement team to analyze, experiment, and propose changes or enhancements to the way our Agents engage with Employers and Employees based on research & analysis, engagement data, segmentation, and in‑market experiments in order to move measurable metrics. We are looking for an intern who is highly interested in the intersection of Demand & Sales, Marketing, Content and Systems. Our intern will explore how to better utilize those systems to tell tailored stories, at scale.

Core responsibilities and deliverables:

• In-Force Growth Focus - Create Group Specific Campaign Brief to improve scheduling rates, including building Segments, Content audit, workflow design, etc.
• New Group Focus – Create Industry specific campaign briefs, targeting an emerging market (like Assisted living, for example) to recommend new campaigns / sequences
• Member / Employee Focus – Review Member level (individual employee) campaigns to identify areas of improvement to reach more people for a specific block (e.g., virtual employees of companies a specific size/industry).
• Persistency Focus – Review BNA delivery improvement initiative, including A/B recommendations for improving conversion metrics

What you need (Minimum requirements):

• Progress towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related discipline.
• Status as a rising junior or rising senior, approx. graduation dates of December 2027-June 2029.
• Availability to work 40 hrs/week for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
• Candidate location in Central or Eastern US time zone is preferred OR willingness to work Central or Eastern time zone business hours.

What will set you apart (Preferred experience):

• Prior internship experience
• HubSpot or other CRM experience
• Comfort with marketing data, marketing systems and/or B2B sales or enablement environment

What you’ll gain:

• Experience translating business goals, customer insights, and campaign results into clear, brand-aligned marketing recommendations.

All work must be performed within the United States, and occasional travel to corporate offices may be required.

Associates living within 60 miles of a corporate office (Carmel, IN; or Chicago, IL) have access to work from that location as needed.

Compensation

Pay Range: $21-$23 Hourly
