Job summary

Homes by WestBay, LLC offers a 2027 Summer Rotational Internship in Riverview, FL. You’ll gain an end-to-end view of residential homebuilding by rotating through Land Development, Accounting & Finance, Purchasing, Construction, and Sales & Marketing. Expect hands-on assignments and leadership exposure.

You’ll observe how land, finance, construction, and sales align to deliver homes, participate in leadership meetings, and complete a capstone project to showcase recommendations to the team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Strong curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through three to five departments, spending one to two weeks in each.
• Complete defined assignments in each rotation (land deal review, budgeting, quality walk, marketing support).
• Learn how departments interact across the homebuilding lifecycle from land to warranty.
• Attend leadership meetings to observe decision making.
• Build relationships with mentors and provide progress updates.
• Complete a capstone project and present findings to leadership.
