Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company offers a paid Management & Sales Internship, a 10-12 week summer program in our retail stores. You will gain hands-on experience in management, sales, store operations, and delivering meaningful customer experiences while learning about B2B and retail processes.

You will travel with a Sales Representative and work closely with the management team on a structured project addressing business issues, with leadership support throughout.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship or co-op program.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in management, sales and store operations.
• Travel with a Sales Representative to learn in the field.
• Complete a project addressing critical business issues alongside peers and leadership.
• Support meaningful customer experiences in a retail setting.
